With 23 years of experience as a holistic Personal Trainer, Group Exercise and Yoga Coach, Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher, and business owner, I am passionate about empowering clients to embrace a balanced and realistic approach to their physical and mental well-being.
As an aging woman myself, and having worked with many long-term clients—some for over 15 years and well into their 70s—I deeply understand the importance of staying physically strong, mentally resilient, and mobile to age with grace, confidence, and vitality.
I specialise in working with individuals and small groups, particularly those approaching 50 and beyond. Using a variety of modalities, including whole-body strength training, functional movement, weight training, yoga, Pilates, and mindful movement, I structure personalised sessions to improve your strength, balance & mobility, reduce aches and pains, and meet your unique needs and goals.
My private home studio provides a welcoming, supportive environment, ideal for those who find commercial gyms intimidating or uncomfortable.
